退款政策Refund policy
我們設有5天內的退貨政策，客戶於收到貨品後5天內可要求退貨。
如要獲得退貨資格，您的商品必須處於與您收到的相同的狀況，未使用、帶有標籤、並處於原始包裝中。敬請提供收據或購買證明。
您可以在 lunaspreads@gmail.com 與我們聯繫。如果您的退貨被接受，我們將向您發送退貨標籤，以及有關如何以及在哪裡發送包裹的說明。沒有申請退貨就寄回給我們的物品，恕不受理。
您可以隨時以電郵方式聯繫我們 lunaspreads@gmail.com 一切有關任何退貨問題將由專人協助。
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lunaspreads@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

請在收到訂單時檢查您的訂單，如果訂單中有缺陷、損壞或您收到錯誤的物品，請立即與我們聯繫，以便我們評估問題並盡快更正。
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
例外/不可退貨訂單Exceptions / non-returnable items
某些類型的物品不能退貨，如易腐爛物品（如堅果奶、腐殖質、莎莎和胡蘿蔔蛋糕）。如果您對您的特定訂單有疑問或疑慮，請與我們聯繫。
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as nut milks, hummus, salsa and carrot cake). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

確保您獲得所需物品的最快方式是退回您擁有的物品，一旦退貨被接受。 請重新為所需商品另發起新訂單。
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
退款Refunds
我們會在收到退貨後檢查商品，退貨流程完成後將告知您。如果獲得批准退款，您的退款將按照原來的付款方式自動退還。請留意您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和發還退款。
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
